Product or service reviewed: New furnace

Our furnace went down on a Sunday night. Called and left a message. Got a call first thing Monday morning, came out an hour after I called to look the furnace over. Ordered a new furnace on Tuesday, put the new furnace in on Wednesday. Its been a very long time since we have received service this good! I couldnt be happier. Its such a relief to know excellent heating professionals!!! Thank you for being there for us! Brian and Carlleen Rose.

we had experience with an employee and also Jacob the manager. They were very professional and because of our unique system spent a lot of time in research to help us with the best solution for our problem. Very knowledgeable and friendly .

Product or service reviewed: Furnace and ductwork installation

Thank you, Stratz Heating and Cooling! They gave me a great quote (coming in under my budget) and when I changed where I wanted the furnace, they quickly accommodated me with a new quote (even saving me a bit more money). The crew (Tony, Josh and Chad) was efficient and professional. When I am ready to install the central air, I will definitely be looking to them to get it done.
